It was such a bad show. But if you saw it and didn't want the Viper Defender, then I think you're a massive liar. That car was cool as hell at the time.

Indeed.
Interesting fact: in one of the syndicated seasons the regular Viper used a color of blue that was not actually offered on the production model. I want to say it was cobalt blue or something like that.

The first season ran on NBC and they used bits of the prototypes. Those I think were red. After NBC dropped it, it ran from 96-99 as a syndicated show. It was during one those when they used the blue.

Yeah it was pretty laughable. I’m sure the car was the main reason most people watched it. That’s how it was for me at least.

So I just looked up Viper and was shocked to see they did 78 episodes.
They did 39 episodes of Hannibal, which is one of the best TV shows I’ve ever seen.
The world is weird sometimes.
